Among the main activities of BR04Project, there is the execution of precision topographic surveys, consisting of detailed altimetric and planimetric measurements, in order to produce excellent graphic representations of the embankment.
The study makes use of specific topographic instrumentation depending on the type of survey and the precision required; precision optical instrumentation, GSP technology, the new trend relating to Laser Scanners and moving detections on the ground and with a Drone.
For more than twenty years, BR04Project has managed all types of land registry practices, drafting and presenting ministerial documentation to the competent bodies, to fully guarantee the correct definition of the properties to protect the customer.
BR04Project is specialized in the Stacking or Variation of new buildings, by inserting new perimeters into cartography.
Thanks to the use of specific programs, BR04Project is able to restore cadastral boundaries, carry out current and historical research in state archives, and proceed with new subdivisions of agricultural land or urban areas.
